While no 14-day challenge can resolve every issue, this is a tool to start (or continue) the process—helping couples express gratitude, listen better, and foster intimacy. Ephesians 4:29 reminds us to let our words build up, not tear down. Our hope is that each individual and marriage will be built up over the next two weeks.
